Win KLP for your best Kulupu Content

The details

We are proud to announce our first content competition for our community. All you have to do to participate is create some Kulupu content on any of the following topics and submit it to Commonwealth for review. Multiple entries are allowed, but you can only be chosen as a winner once.

For topics, we would kindly ask that you choose one of the following:

  • What role do you see Kulupu playing in the overall ecosystem and where do you see its future?
  • Explain Actor based smart contracts and how they can create a unique value proposition for Kulupu
  • What is Kulupu in terms that non-technical people would understand and why is it relevant?
  • Create a tutorial for aspects of governance. How to vote, how to make a treasury or governance proposal, How to use commonwealth, anything governance-related.
  • A walkthrough on a particular Kulupu Wiki you find interesting
  • The sociology of a DAO and decentralized communities as it relates to Kulupu.
  • The good, the bad, and the ugly. How would you change Kulupu to move it forward? What do you enjoy the most?

What mediums of content are accepted?

Content can be written or video in any format or medium. As long as it follows one of the above topics.

The Prizes

1st prize 1000 KLP

2nd prize 750 KLP

3rd prize 500 KLP

The Dates

Contest submissions start on October 15th and close on November 29th at 12 Midnight, UTC. No Additional submissions will be considered after that time.

Voting will end on December 6th and submissions will be judged by The Council.

Where do I submit?

All entries must be submitted with a link to the commonwealth with the title as Content Competition submission. They can be written or recorded in any format. Youtube, Medium, decentralized social media but they must be submitted to the general category inside of the commonwealth thread marked “general.”

How are they judged?

The submissions will be judged by the council. Ratings would be based on the accuracy of information, research, delivery, and creativity.

The council will weight them on a point system with the following ratios out of 120 points which will be turned into a percentage score. That score will remain anonymous but the winners will be notified after judging.

  • Information contained inside the article:30 points total
  • Research and accuracy: 40 points total
  • Delivery and quality of article: 20 points total
  • Creativity:10 points total
  • Effort 20: points total

Terms and Conditions

By submitting your work, you are giving full permission for Kulupu to share them on their socials and promote them as community content. You retain full ownership of your content but by submitting you are granting Kulupu permission to share it on an ongoing basis.

The council members reserve the right to make the final decisions on all entries.

Winners

Winners will be posted in a medium article on December 10th and paid out no later than December 14th.
